Summary: NordicTrack quality that also folds away – this is a unique combination for me, as most of the higher end treadmills are bigger and fixed in place. Once you see the feature list you’ll see that the ‘best of both worlds’ is apt for this model.
Update: The NordicTrack treadmills range has moved on (in a positive way!), you can choose from incline trainers, commercial models plus the ‘T’ and ‘S’ ranges which are perfect for home use.

One of the best features of the NordicTrack treadmill is the balanced choice of programme selection. There are 5 of each type to choose from, allowing you to focus on a specific goal for each time you run. Either to beat a personal speed record, acheive calorie burn or overcome an uphill incline, the challenge helps refine your routine for better results
While the belt may be slightly more narrow for some users, this is countered by the reassuring spring of the base to support and cushion your running session. The levels of incline are just right and give an excellent and satisfying cardio workout.
This treadmill does everything you want it to, which is burn fat and tone leg muscles. It looks and feels sturdy enough to last a long time, until well after you’ve toned and firmed your legs and improved distance and stamina.
It’s a nice choice as an alternative to working out at the gym, and it certainly competes equally with gym machine standards, all in your own home for comfort and convenience.
The acoustic system on board sounds decent enough, so you can enjoy whatever soundtrack you like to run to. The display shows at a glance all the speed, calories, time and distance you could ever want to know. Of course, the main attraction of this model is the combination of NordicTrack quality with the ability to fold away the machine after use.
